I read all about it here, and watched the making of the video too. Sidenote: Remember when MTV used to do the “Making the Video” show? My brother and I were way into it.

An Unlikely Story of Customer Service
This video was shown at a training I attended last week, the sweet story has stuck with me over the past few days. The quality isn’t great, the words are a little blurry, but I know you will enjoy it. I have watched it a few times and gotten teary eyed each time. This is the world I want to be part of.
